We are seeking an In-Person Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive the organization success.

Office Assistant Job Responsibilities:
• Attentive to database
• Draft correspondence and other formal documents
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing system
• Clerical functions to maintain up to date records on all members, contracts with organizations.
• Review publications for proof reading
• Keeps track of inventory
• Social media - Facebook and Instagram
• Understanding of Catholic Church ethics, traditions, procedures, and organizational structure.
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to travel away from home for one week via air or car for national convention at company expense.
