RN Salary Range - $40.00 – $50.25/hr. (based on experience & shift)

Shift Differentials;

2nd Shift: +$2 weekdays / +$3 weekends
3rd Shift: +$2 weekdays / +$3.50 weekends

Job Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Long-term care experience preferred.
Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
