Kindergarten Teacher
Holy Family School Position
Holy Family Catholic School is looking for a caring, energetic, and faith-filled Kindergarten Teacher to join our school family! We are searching for someone who loves working with young children, creates a positive classroom environment, and helps students grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, patience, and enthusiasm to the classroom while supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
Responsibilities:
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging kindergarten classroom
- Teach early childhood academic skills including reading, writing, math, science, and social studies
- Incorporate Catholic values and faith into daily lessons and activities
- Encourage kindness, respect, responsibility, and positive behavior
- Communicate regularly with parents and school staff
- Plan fun, hands-on lessons that keep students excited about learning
- Support students’ social and emotional development
- Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and faith-based activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission of the school
