Key Responsibilities
● Curriculum & Instruction: Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early learning standards and Catholic values.
● Compliance: Maintain a classroom environment that adheres to all DSS regulations and First Steps program requirements.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the early childhood team and administration to foster a positive, collaborative, and professional school culture.
● Spiritual Leadership: Model Catholic values and integrate faith-based learning into the daily routine. Requirements & Qualifications
● Educational Background: Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
● Experience: Proven experience working in an early childhood classroom setting.
● Program Knowledge: Strong familiarity with First Steps and DSS licensing regulations is essential.
● Faith: Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing, committed to the mission of Catholic education.
● Mindset: A true team player with excellent communication skills and a “can-do” attitude.
