We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodian/Janitor to join our school community. This position plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students,
staff, and families.
Responsibilities include:
*Cleaning and vacuuming classrooms, offices, and hallways
*Sanitizing restrooms and common areas
*Emptying trash and recycling bins
*Wiping down and cleaning lunch tables
*Maintaining cleanliness of school grounds (including walkways and entry areas)
*Performing light maintenance and other cleaning tasks as assigned
*Following safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
*Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
*Strong attention to detail and dependability
*Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
*Commitment to supporting a positive and safe school environment
*Willingness to support the school's Catholic mission and values
Schedule: Mondays-Fridays (excluding days off or holiday breaks), summers off, 4:00 p.m.-midnight
