This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Specialist role based in St Clair Shores, MI. The Customer Relationship Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience across Metcom's products and services. This role will include managing day-to-day customer interactions, processing orders, proofing, order tracking, updating client portals, coordinating with internal teams (sales, production, and logistics), and proactively communicating status updates to customers. The specialist will gather and analyze customer feedback, identify opportunities to improve service, and support account growth by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate customer records in CRM tools, monitoring service levels, and supporting special projects or campaigns that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
