Full-time Administrative Assistant position. Position works closely with the admin team, as well as the whole school staff, students and school community. On a day to day basis, admin assistant supports various student/staff needs, as well as student attendance and maintains upkeep of records.
Other responsibilities include ordering academic resources and building supplies, collecting and tracking data forms, completing reports, organizing and communicating student transportation, and being the central station for various communications.
Our administrative assistant is the first friendly face that visitors see when they enter the building, and the first voice they hear when they call Community of Saints School!
