Saint Jerome Catholic Church & School is seeking a full-time Kindergarten Teacher in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves implementing lesson plans, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and supporting the developmental and spiritual growth of young learners. The ideal candidate will actively communicate with parents, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in school activities to further the mission of Saint Jerome Catholic Church & School.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Implementation
- Experience in Education and Teaching within early childhood or elementary settings
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of child development and proven ability to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification or license as required by the state of Arizona
- Commitment to fostering spiritual development and alignment with the mission and values of Saint Jerome Catholic Church & School
- Experience working within faith-based or similar educational environments is a plus
