Friendzy is looking to add a relationally-driven, organized and experienced coach to our team as a School Care Specialist. This is a relationship-first, impact-driven role focused on ensuring strong and sustained adoption of Friendzy programming. From supporting initial onboarding to continued 1:1 coaching and leading large-scale training events, you'll be the reason schools stay, grow, and keep choosing Friendzy year after year.

We provide comprehensive character development programming to PK-12 schools, including public, charter, private, and faith-based partners, through classroom curriculum, educator training, and family resources.
About the Role
The School Care Specialist is the heartbeat of our school relationships. Think of this role as a blend of educator, implementation coach, customer success manager, and trusted advisor. You'll own the long-term health of your schools and ensure every partner receives exceptional support from onboarding through renewal.You'll serve as a long-term advocate and liaison for a designated portfolio of Friendzy schools to drive successful program adoption and renewal. This role carries direct accountability for maintaining a minimum 75% annual retention rate across assigned schools.
You'll also function as Friendzy's character development subject matter expert in the field, offering the kind of individualized, educator-to-educator implementation support that makes schools feel genuinely seen and supported.
What You'll Do
Guide new schools through onboarding with personalized, expert-level care from day one
Own retention readiness for your school portfolio through timely onboarding, consistent engagement, implementation support, and proactive renewal conversations
Share accountability with your paired Lead Partnership Specialist for renewal outcomes across the portfolio
Show up consistently throughout the school year through care calls, coaching sessions, program trainings, and check-ins that keep schools connected and confident
Troubleshoot escalated needs with empathy, creativity, and follow-through
Deliver virtual professional development and coaching to educator teams
Support schools navigating funding, including grant guidance and accounts receivable follow-up
Keep detailed activity and engagement records in Salesforce CRM
Bring real school feedback back to the content team to strengthen our curriculum
What Success Looks Like
Minimum 75% annual retention rate across your school portfolio
30–50 weekly activities, including 5–10 meaningful engagements (care calls, coaching, trainings, and presentations with key decision makers)
Timely response to onboarding and support requests (within 24–48 hours)
100% of schools informed of relevant program training opportunities
Who You Are
3+ years of experience in education, counseling, customer success, account management, client services, implementation, or a related relationship-focused role
Someone who builds trust naturally and maintains relationships with intention
A strong communicator in writing, on a call, and in front of a room
Comfortable presenting and facilitating in both live and virtual school settings
Genuinely curious about social-emotional learning and eager to grow your expertise
Adaptable with technology with experience a plus in any of the following: Salesforce, Google Suite, QuickBooks, Squarespace, Kajabi, Monday, and Canva
Someone who can meet schools where they are, including predominately Catholic and Christian school communities
Spanish language skills a plus
Compensation & Benefits
On-Target Earnings $72,000 - $80,850
Base salary: $52,000 - $60,000
On-target earnings through Individual Incentive: $13,500 annually
Success Share opportunity: 10–50% of gross annual compensation, based on company-wide net sales goals
