General Position Summary: Guadalupe Clinic is looking for a dedicated, compassionate Pharmacist to join our team full-time in Wichita, KS. This is a chance to make a real impact, serving patients who need you most in a mission-driven, community-focused clinic.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and provide clear, compassionate patient counseling
- Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for our patients
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
- Help educate patients and staff on medication management and safety
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and outreach initiatives
Qualifications:
- - Current, valid Pharmacist license in Kansas
- - Excellent communication and people skills- A genuine passion for community health- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Prior experience in a clinical or community pharmacy is a plus
- Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to embrace and personify the mission of Guadalupe Clinic with socio-economic and cultural sensitivity in mind.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
