Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to promote Catholic teachings, values, and community engagement across all school activities.
- Oversee curriculum development to ensure it aligns with religious principles and educational standards, fostering an enriching learning environment.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to advance the school's mission, growth, and sustainability.
- Manage the school’s budget effectively, ensuring financial health while supporting program excellence and resource allocation.
- Supervise faculty and staff through management practices that encourage professional growth, accountability, and collaboration.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, parish communities, and external stakeholders through transparent communication.
- Implement effective fundraising strategies to support school programs, scholarships, and facility improvements.
- Ensure compliance with diocesan education administration policies and uphold high standards of safety, discipline, and student well-being.
Skills
- Some experience in education administration with a strong background in classroom teaching and working directly with students.
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams in a school setting.
- Expertise in curriculum development tailored to Catholic education standards.
- Strong strategic planning abilities coupled with sound budgeting skills for sustainable school management.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising efforts to enhance school programs and infrastructure.
