Job Information:
The Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford seeks an Associate Director of Youth Ministry to assist the Director with the preparation and implementation of all facets of youth retreats. Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Youth Ministry program; planning, preparing, staffing and facilitating retreats and programs; and working collaboratively with campus ministers, teachers, pastoral associates and principals. Must excel in large group facilitation and communication. This position does require evening and weekend work. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
