Job Description:
This is a full-time temporary on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located at Immaculate Conception Catholic School in Columbia Heights, MN. Under the supervision of the Lead Preschool Teacher and the Director of Early Childhood Learning, this position will assist with day-to-day tasks such as preparing lessons, supporting students during activities, and maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment. The ideal candidate will be pursuing a degree in early childhood education or a related field and have a passion for working with young children.
Responsibilities:

- Assist the Lead Preschool Teacher with preparing and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Support students during lessons, small group activities, and playtime to promote their development
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
Communicate effectively with the Lead Preschool Teacher, other staff members, and families
- Use active listening and problem-solving skills to support the needs of students
- Learn technology skills as required by the position
- Perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary and/or assigned by the Lead Preschool Teacher or Principal
Benefits Overview:
Given that this is a temporary position, this position is not benefit eligible.
Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour
Starting Pay is determined by the candidate's experience and education level
