The After School Program Director provides a safe, welcoming, and well-supervised environment for students participating in the school's after-school program. Responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, organizing age-appropriate activities, assisting with homework as needed, ensuring student safety, communicating professionally with parents and staff, supervision of the aftercare staff, and maintaining a positive, Christian atmosphere that reflects the mission and values of the school. Applicants should enjoy working with children, demonstrate reliability and strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. Experience working with school-aged children is preferred. A background check and completion of all required Safe Parish and diocesan training are required prior to employment. The hours of work are approximately 2:30 - 6:15.
