Position Summary
The Director of Admissions & Enrollment is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive enrollment strategy that attracts, enrolls, and retains mission-aligned students and families. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will lead all admissions initiatives while representing La Salle Academy throughout New York City and the surrounding region.
Success in this position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, creativity, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to cultivating authentic relationships.
What You'll Do
Relationship Development & Recruitment
•
Serve as the primary ambassador for La Salle Academy throughout New York City and the surrounding region.
•
Develop meaningful relationships with leaders at Catholic, public, charter, independent, and private elementary and middle schools.
•
Conduct frequent school visits, classroom presentations, parent information sessions, and community outreach events.
•
Build strong partnerships with principals, guidance counselors, pastors, teachers, coaches, youth organizations, alumni, and community leaders.
•
Identify new recruitment opportunities and create innovative enrollment pipelines.
Enrollment Leadership
•
Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions and enrollment strategy.
•
Ability to meet measurable enrollment goals and be accountable for achieving or exceeding them.
•
Guide families through every stage of the admissions process with professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness.
•
Coordinate Open Houses, Information Sessions, Student Shadow Days, Entrance Exams, and Accepted Student programs.
•
Maintain accurate admissions data and provide regular enrollment reports to the President.
Marketing & Storytelling
•
Tell the La Salle story with passion and authenticity.
•
Partner with Advancement to develop compelling digital and print marketing materials.
•
Represent La Salle Academy at educational fairs, parish events, athletic events, and community programs.
•
Utilize social media and community engagement to strengthen the school's visibility.

Qualifications
We welcome candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds. Experience in school admissions is valued but not required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Compensation
Salary Range: $90,000. – $100,000. Salary is commensurate with credentials, experience, demonstrated success, and the ability to produce measurable enrollment growth.
