Middle and High School Math Teacher
Holy Family is seeking a dedicated, engaging, and faith-driven Middle and High School Math
Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students develop
confidence and competence in mathematics while fostering problem-solving, critical thinking,
and academic perseverance.
This teacher will help students build strong mathematical foundations in a supportive classroom
environment centered on both academic excellence and Christian values.
Responsibilities Include:
• Teaching middle and high school mathematics courses
• Designing lessons that promote conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and student
engagement
• Differentiating instruction to meet varied student learning needs
• Creating a structured, positive, and faith-centered classroom environment
• Assessing student progress and using data to guide instruction
• Communicating regularly with students and families regarding academic progress and
expectations
• Collaborating with colleagues and participating in school activities and faculty initiatives
• Supporting the mission and values of Catholic education through daily interactions
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (6-12 ideal)
• Valid Kentucky teaching certification or eligibility for certification
• Middle or high school teaching experience preferred
• Strong mathematical knowledge and instructional skills
• Effective classroom management and communication abilities
• Ability to encourage student confidence and persistence in learning
• Commitment to Catholic education and student development
