Holy Family Catholic School is seeking a caring, energetic, and faith-filled Kindergarten
Instructional Aide to support our kindergarten classroom and help foster a joyful early learning
environment rooted in Christian values.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, demonstrates patience and flexibility,
and is eager to assist the classroom teacher in supporting students’ academic, social, emotional,
and spiritual growth. Our kindergarten students are curious, active, and eager to learn, and we are
looking for someone who can help create a nurturing and structured classroom experience each
day.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assisting the classroom teacher with daily instructional activities and classroom routines
• Supporting students in literacy, math, centers, and hands-on learning activities
• Helping maintain a positive, organized, and faith-centered classroom environment
• Supervising students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities as needed
• Providing individual or small-group support to students under teacher direction
• Assisting with classroom preparation, materials, and organization
• Encouraging kindness, responsibility, and respect in student interactions
• Supporting our mission and values in daily interactions
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Patient, dependable, and collaborative demeanor
• Ability to work positively as part of a teaching team
• Commitment to supporting the Catholic mission of the school
